My experience at La Volta was so lovely! I went for a birthday lunch and got the cesar salad, arancini, and the vodka pizza with pepperoni. They just opened for lunch service!!! I recommend everyone stops by for a midday Aperol Spritz

My favorite pizza spot in Austin! Such a great spot for good food and good vibes. Carly is the absolute best and always treats us with so much warmth every single time! We regularly order the arancini, caesar, and vodka or classic pie. Their wine picks are also always clutch. FY: earlier in the evening the music is lower and red lights are off if you want to bring your family for an early dinner.

Excellent pies, concise collection of both alcoholic and non alcoholic mixed drinks, beers and wines. I loved the caesar salad which had a lot of pepper which balanced well. Great for a nice little date night or splitting a meal with a small group. I find it expensive but if split with people or treated as a special occasion then it is appropriately priced. The staff was considerate and hard working.

First time going to La Volta Pizza club was a success. Well, the second time. Don't make the mistake of going here on a busy weekend night without a reservation. It's going to take a while to get sat, which after eating here, I can see why this is a small little pizza shop. It doesn't have a lot of capacity. Came back on a Monday night with the reservation and it was smooth sailing. Started off with an order of the meatballs. Amazing, great rich meatballs with a perfect sauce to balance it out. Then decide to share the hot girl pasta with the table. I will say this rigatoni alla vodka with sausage was a little bit spicy but we aren't the biggest spice people. Still it was delicious. Then the vodka pizza came out. We were a little scared that the vodka on the pizza would be just as spicy. It really didn't seem to be, the cheese balanced the vodka sauce very well and you couldn't notice the spice anymore. The crust on these pizzas is phenomenal. I think some of the best in Austin. Next we ordered the classic pie with extra sauce. That was a great and subtle difference compared to the vodka pie. Again, another all around amazing pizza. Was in town from Dallas, and they did not disappoint! Very very friendly staff! Was definitely a different vibe but nice nonetheless! Pizza and salad were impeccable to say the least. Hands down best pizza I have ever had. My only harp would be the drinks, wine pour was stout but for a 15$ pour could be a nicer wine glass, we did not order any mixed drinks, but they looked a tad bit small. Can’t speak on the strength. Solid spot though! Will definitely visit again next time we’re in the area! Hopefully the Cesar wrap will be a menu item in the future!
